PRODUCTION

Beginning from 2005, high quality and world standard food ingredients are manufactured in the plant of “Rosingredienty” LLC.
The factory is equipped with modern domestic and foreign machineries capable to fulfill all technological operations used in the production of food additives: incoming control of raw materials, ingredients preparation and dosage, steady mixing, heating and pasteurization, finished products quality control, and packaging.
Modern measuring equipment provides the control and registration of technological parameters of production processes.
Water used in production processes is preliminary treated through a system of filters, and then disinfected using UV lamps.
Finished product is packaged in containers or bags made of materials permitted for food products that ensure the safety of food additives within the warranty period.
Warehouses are equipped with a control system regulating the temperature and humidity that allows providing optimal storage conditions of raw materials and finished products.
Specially equipped room designed to store samples of finished products during the warranty period in sufficient quantity for re-testing.
Well organized system of logistics guarantees the delivery of finished products to customers in the shortest possible time.
The Company obtained the Certificates of State Registration for all types of complex food additives.
In 2009 the quality management system was developed, implemented and certified within the company which complies with the requirements of GOST ISO 9001-2011(9001:2008). It is annually verified during inspection and certification audits.
In June 2015 the company has passed certification audit of food safety systems in compliance with the international standard ISO 22000. Food Safety Management System based on HACCP principles of Rosingregienty LLC has been assessed and found to be in accordance with the requirements of ISO 22000:2005.
Certificates issued by the International Association of Certification Bodies IQNet and Association of Certification "Russian Register", serve as a guarantee that Rosingredienty LLC satisfy all conditions for production of safe and high quality products.
